about the role
We’re looking for energetic and vibrant individuals with top notch customer service skills to work across our two sites; the shop/café (The Purple Turtle) and new village shop, both of which are situated in the picturesque village of Litton Cheney.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Making fresh coffee and other hot/cold drinks
Preparing food and basic meals
Assisting campsite guests
General cleaning duties
Working Hours:
We have both full and part time positions available and are hoping to make the roles flexible to suit the right individuals. Generally, shift times will be 9.30am to 3.30pm on weekdays and 9.30am to 6pm on weekends and school holidays. Please specify your availability and preferred amount of hours in your application.

16 years of age or older
A full uk driving license and a car
Confidence to work alone and multitask
A passion for delivering first class customer service, consistently, no matter the day or the weather
Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and stay calm under pressure
Sense of humour
Desirable but not essential:
Experience of working in a busy customer facing environment
Experience of working in a café/restaurant/fast food or similar
Barrista skills
Experience in preparing meals - previous catering experience
Experience operating a generator
Knowledge of the local area
Level 2 Hygiene certificate
